• Regional differences are stated rather than generalized
• Content is dated and updated rather than silently edited

Prohibited claims

• No invented licenses, awards, certifications or years in business
• No fabricated testimonials or project details
• No firm pricing presented as a guarantee without an inspection
• No guaranteed response times we cannot control
