Florida Roof Inspection

A roof inspection tells you three things: what is wrong now, what will be wrong soon, and whether the roof will satisfy an insurance underwriter. We document all three with photos.

When homeowners need an inspection

Wind mitigation

Wind mitigation inspections are performed by third-party licensed inspectors, not by us. Before that paperwork makes sense, the roof itself has to meet current code requirements — so we inspect the roof and attic first and tell you honestly whether a wind mitigation inspection will help you or simply document disqualifying conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do wind mitigation inspections?

Those are handled by third-party licensed inspectors. We perform the roof and attic inspection that determines whether you are ready for one.

What do I get after the inspection?

Photo documentation of the roof condition and a written summary of findings and recommended work.
